Bill founded Laurel Highlands Financial Services in 1995 and has more than three decades of financial services experience. He is a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, a FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal, and an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. Bill has also been awarded the professional designations of Registered Financial Consultant® (RFC®) and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®). In addition, he is licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance in Pennsylvania.
Bill is a member of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Bill is a Paul Harris Fellow, as well as an FAA-licensed pilot.
